Over the last several weeks, Tracey and I have been working in our yard. We have cleared multiple dump loads of pure black berry bushes (nasty stuff)!! We have done most of our work during nap time, but sometimes the girls help out too! Our neighbors also had our fence rebuilt (during the wind storms, our fence blew down). The following pictures will begin with the before shots, then some progressive shots, then what we have now. This project is still a work in progress, but we are thrilled with the results.
Here is a shot with our old fence down.
After clearing the mess, we uncovered the fence, only to find that it was being split apart by 15 -20 black berry stems with at least 1 inch diameters. NASTY!

Oh my goodness! First, the yard looks like quite a project, but the results are amazing! Great job!!
Second, I need to see the girls!!! Taylor's hair is growing!! And I want to see her walking ... I've seen a few steps, but everyone else has been telling me all about it lately ~ I want to see for myself! Miss that little pug! And all I hear about it Marley and her words ~ let's hear 'em! And congratulations again, Miss Marley, for learning to use the potty! What a big girl!!
Third, there is nothing like seeing pictures of your children that were taken when you weren't around. I love it! Thanks for sharing the pics of the aquarium and playing at your house from their weekend with J&J. I can tell they really missed Mom and Dad ~ NOT! : ) Too fun!
Fourth, I LOVE the pic of Marley, nakie, in the glasses and necklaces! And the pic of the girls beaming in the bathtub is priceless.
Thanks for updating your blog! Love you!!!
